I actually have someone in mind for this cutie!

 Her Birthday is on

November 9th 10 days before mine!

We were born the same year too!!!

The colors are perfect for a November Birthday! I even used Topaz rhinestones

I tried my hand at quilling....after several attempts before almost tossing the stuff across my craft room, I managed to come up with 2 little quills....

The Sentiment was stamped and embossed with powder. and the swirls were some bling that i found out shopping... I glittered her wings with glitter dust! the ribbon boarder at the bottom is something i picked up at Joann's one day!
