My first challange entry

This is my first challenge I have ever entered it is over on PCP. You need to be a member so if you are not please join us!
now on to my submission, the challenge is to use the sketch from Anne-Marije, and then use the digi "Join The Party" from Phindy's Place. Here is mine version

Flower Delivery

So I set up a surprise to visit Anna with her hubby, we texted each other yesterday to set up the time for the visit today. I pulled into the drive and he said to her "oh someone just pulled into the driveway I will be right back" she is paralyzed and spends alot of her day in the hospital  bed in her living room. So he comes out to help me in and we walk in the door and he says "Anna you have a visitor" she says who its it I cant see, as she was facing the other way and could not turn to look, so he replies " hold on she is coming around the corner and I think you may recognize her" our eye met and she shouted "DAWN what a wonderful surprise!" Her husband was holding the vase as he carried it in for me, and I had it covered with a bag, and I said" I have a little something for you" and removed the bag and she was speechless for a moment as a tear came to her eye. She said "Dawn they are beautiful, thank you soooo much" I told her when she is looking at them to think of me and know I am thinking of her. I sat and we talked for over an hour, I could tell she was getting very tired so I told her that I must go. I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

couple finished projects..

I spoke of doing a project for a special friend back a few weeks ago, well it is finished well ok I need to make 1 stop to the dollar tree to get some more dec rock to put in the vase cause yet again today I forot it while I was at the craft store..But other than that it is done and I am happy with it and hope she loves it! going to take it to her in the next few days as a suprise visit that I am aranging through her hubby.

GREAT DAY!!!

Feeling Great today! got a ton of energy, PT (phycial therapy) was GREAT yesterday they got me on stationary bike and I rode for 10 min! I have been working on a  few more Halloween cards will post them soon. Going to head to Dicky's BBQ today they have $1 BBQ sandwiches for today only, then got a few things to take back to ACMoore and Michaels that either didnt work or are no longer needed for one reason or another, So much for starting Christmas shopping. When all else fails Go Shopping!!!

Had a bad night, not much sleep, trying to get off some strong pain med having withdraw symptoms so back on the med I go. This time not going cold turkey, going to slowly go off, 1 time a day instead of 2 for a week and then next week every other day...Praying that works. Missing my hubby really bad he is on the road for work and been gone week  tomarrow......
So like my title says when all else faild Go Shopping... armed with coupons in hand I start out at AcMoore....I have been dying for Prismacolor pencils since I cant remember when, so I went and got a set today.....I also got some wood mounted stamps....then on to Michaels again with coupon in hand, found some good deals, got a Martha Stewart punch set called Bath Bubbles, got some more wood mounted stamps and even a set of un-mounted halloween stamps and some ink....see my shopping goodies below!!! Baby Shower

I have a baby shower to go to tomorrow with my daughter-in-law. So I made this cute Baby bottle card that I cut on the cricut. Do not recall where I got the file but love it very easy and I added the Girl and baby feet and pins from the Potpourri cart.



Something New!

Good evening! Finally I have gotten back at the craft table and created! Went shopping today, went to ACMoore with 50% off and Michaels with 40% off. Had a GREAT day shopping despite the pain and swelling in my leg! Here are the 2 cards I finished tonight. I do not recall where I got the digi but I love it and wish I could give credit where credit is due. I need to pay more attention to where I get them from. (Bad Me)...Anyway Enjoy my work.......

Physical Therapy today

Oh my goodness, today was a very bad day at Physical Therapy (PT) I went in with a 2 on the pain scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst ever pain. Well we started and it was OK, a few of the things we did felt good, well as we moved on to the sitting on the side of bed stretching the pain shot from 2 to 6 then we stretched more and the pain went up more...she (therapist) had me in tears. Well now I am home and it has been 4 1/2 hrs since and I still hurt bad pain scale its a 5 and it has been 2 or 3....lots of ice and pain meds for the weekend.

On to happier thoughts! I am blog hopping today there is a awsome site that I am a member of and they are having a Blog Hop..... CDAC Artist Blog Hop there is alot going on over there so if you have some free time check them out join some challenges, there are some great artists there.

Once my pain lets up a bit more with the pain meds I just took I am going to try to work on a craft project that I am doing for a special friend. I want to start working on some cards I have lots of ideas floating in this head of mine now just to get them on paper, thats the challenge for me these days!
