CWLC 37 Recycle Reuse

Hello crafty friends!

Just a quick post today..I am getting ready to fly out Tues night to 

Houston TX to visit with my sister-in-law for a week!! So excited!!!

This week at Created With Love Challenges, we are sponsored by Meljen's Designs and she was generous to offer the DT a few images to work with. The image I am using is called "Spring Flowers Cupcake" the Theme at CWLC this week is Recycle/ Reuse!

I took a empty toilet paper roll and made a Birthday Gift card holder!

 

 I colored the image from Meljen's with my Prisma Color pencils, and blended with OMS, Folded the toilet paper roll flat and glued the bottom together so the Gift Card would not slip through the bottom. I then wrapped it with some Birthday themed scrap paper from Martha Stewart, then I cut a half circle in the top to be able to grab the GC out easy.
