Its Tic Tac Toe time! We haven't done this theme is quite some time at Created With Love Challenges, I had fun making this card!

here is the Tic Tac Toe

So we used images  we had in our stash and I chose Digi Darla's Lil Witch. With the sketch I went Horizontally with RIBBON...GLITTER...BUTTONS

My kittys are glitter as is the moon and the black clouds!
