DDC #9 Thinking Of You

Good Morning! Here we are with a new week and a new challenge!

We have a sponsor this week and it is Floppy Latte Designs. They

generously gave the DT a few images to work with

(THANK YOU!!) and I chose this one:

 "Three Butterflies"

 I colored it up with prisma colored pencils, then cut it out with

 Round scalloped spellbinders. The DP I used on this one is from

 DCWV "the Blossoms & Butterflies stack" I found this really cool Sketch

 but their challenge has ended, but I still wanted to do this one!

I added a butterfly by K &Co and some pearls that I got from Michaels

and Next i have for you my Digi Darla image....

this image "Rose of The Tropics" by Digi Darla, is sooo pretty, it was a New release last week! 

 I really love how this card came out! did some scalloped stiching at the bottom, and added a mini flower brad to the top of each scallop, Layered my image with spellbinders die and, I added a Martha Stewart Butterfly.

I also have to share this photo I took of one of the roses in my yard,

I did not realize till I was looking at photos on the computer that I took that there

was a dew drop on the Rose...

Hello all! I am running a bit behind with my CDAC PC#16...But I did get it done and here it is

We are having a cool week here weather wise, and what better way to think summer and warmer

weather than this cute beach scene!

I used WhoopsieDaisy Image I put her on the beach, and added a sand pail

and shovel I had in my stash, along with some beach themed gems to the side of

this center step fold card.

Welcome Back!

Here I have my Digi Darla Image "Note In The Mail"

the DP is by Sassafras, and was given to me from Lisa, she was given

lots of goodies from a friend of ours and shared some with me! Thanks Lisa ((HUGGS))!

So back to my card...I needed a little mojo and decided to search the net to see

what I could find.

I followed a sketch from The Sweetest Thing Challenge Blog,

I used a torn peice of Coredinations paper and distressed the edge then

mounted my image on that! The flower is a Rose from one of many that I made with

the punch set from McGill

I used DP by K & Co's Julianne Stack for my background, circles and the flower.
The ribbon is from Stampin Up, I chalked the edge of the digi that I cut out
using my spellbinders nestabilities, colored the image with PrismaColor pencils.
And added a rub-on flurish to the left edge.

This is a Center Step Fold card, the shopping bags at the bottom

are acutally BUTTONS that spell SHOP!! How neat is that??? then I added a flower

and some more bling to finish it off!!

Center Step Fold card

Today I created this Center Stair Step Fold Card from a tutorial I found online...

Its a Very easy card fold!

I used this very cute image from Phindys Place and am entering this card in her

challenge this week for their 100th Challenge!

Isn't he adorable... I used my spellbinders to layer him, added some mini flowers

 from recollections and a hand and foot brad from my stash! DP is also from my stash!

DDC # 7 "Festive Flowers" and Winner

Good Monday morning everyone! This week at Digi Darla' Challenge Blog we are sponsored

by Robins Fetish. she graciously provided us DT with some great images. So today i have 2

card for you, 1 from Robyns fetish and one from Digi Darla... But First.....Last Challenge

 we had a little twist where if you played along you could win a Free Digi from the DT

So, now its time to show you my projects for this challenge "Festive Flowers"

The first one is my card using Robyn's Fetish "Sunflower smiles"

I colored this cutie with prisma colored pencils, and then cut out with spellbinders die. Added a bumble bee punch out headed toward the Rose that was made with punch set, then added a sentiment that I do not remember where I got it from (sorry) and then added a dragonfly and lady bug button.

This next card is with Digi Darla's new release " Pitcher Of Flowers"

This one I put on Color Core card stock, ran it through my cuddlebug with a floral folder, cut the digi with my Spellbinders Grand Calabur, added some DP and them put some butterflies on that are from Martha Stewart. Then added one of my Roses that I made with my McGill punch set!

Happy Easter Bunny

Here is a cute Digi Darla image!! Its called Easter Bunny Eggs, and is a March New release.

the paper is from DCWV "cafe Mediterranean" Stack

The flower is a rose that I made with my McGill punch set (totally love that set)

So there is this blog "Paper Lovin' Gals" that is workin hard to get out and noticed and a friend referred me to them and this weeks challenge, wow! I will be back, great challenge blog so check them out!

CDAC-PC#15

Wow! Here we all are at Crafters Digital Art Center with Progressive Challenge #15! Can not beleive we are here in April already too! Where is the time going?? 
We got our images today and I hopped right to makin a cute card! Found this really great Blog that has sketches..Its called Sketches By Carly. Its sketches that this young lady does and her mom helps her get them online! What a Creative little mind she has! I beleive she also does some digi drawing as well so check her blog out!
So here is my card with the Digi called Sweet Treat Bella from Inked Treasures for the CDAC-PC#15. Cute lil' bear isnt she!! I colored her with my prisma color pencils, then we went with Lots of Layers to follow Sketches By Carly, DP is mostly from DCWV "the blossom & butterflies stack, and the rest is from my stach! I added some candy dots from Martha Stweart, and some ribbon from Joanna Sheen.
So there ya have it!

Happy Birthday!

Good afternoon everyone! It has been a very busy week since I was asked to be the Sponsorship Coordinator for Digi Darla Designs. I was honored that Kim asked me and I went Full Throttle with it!
I have been very busy with scheduling New Sponsors for Digi Darla Challenge Blog and finding sponsors for Digi Darla Designs to sponsor as well.
We have something to share with you on April 23 that I believe you will like!! We are all looking forward to that date! Busy busy busy..... that's all I am gonna say right now about it!

So the reason for my post you ask???? HAPPY BIRTHDAY! My mom's 71st Birthday is Thursday, I will be taking her out to a nice lunch and I made her this cute card using Digi Darla's "Happy Bearday"

So.. using Digi Darla's image, I colored with prisma color pencils did a mat with purple card stock, placed on this Fun Birthday paper from Martha Stewart. The Rose Flower is one I made with my McGill punch set!
